Socially connecting through music and art, nature, and play-based social prescriptions.

Our well-being consultants are positive psychology practitioners who are skilled at helping your organization design evidence-based pathways to flourishing. We facilitate workshops, retreats, and develop well-being learning guides to help educate individuals and organizations on ways to nurture meaningful social connections, while buffering the effects of loneliness. We also work with link workers to further reinforce social prescriptions within the well-being framework of positive psychology.

The work she’s done to build resilience in others is admirable. I would highly recommend Paula as a thought leader in promoting creativity and play as a way to nurture empathy, resilience and well-being
— Teresa Brewer, VP Corporate Communications Roblox
The SocialWell Collective Wonder experience she curated was a bridge to connect employees to each other’s true authentic nature. It enabled our team to organically discover character strengths in each other that were not necessarily witnessed in day to day interactions in the workplace. By using Wonder as an anchor, Paula effectively nurtured a supportive environment that positively affected the team’s ability to contribute in a bold and innovative way. The highlight of our Annual General Meeting was how she wove the newly discovered character strengths into a Brand Manifesto and DNA of the company. I would highly recommend Paula as a Speaker and Consultant.

Heard and seen are two words that come up for me when I think back to the night I co-hosted the inaugural SocialWell Collective with host, Paula M. Toledo.

More and more women are experiencing burnout and craving real-time, in person connection and The SocialWell Collective delivers just that.

Carving out time and space for Wonder in a structured and playful environment disrupts how we live - in a really good way.

I can’t think of a better way for professionals to come together to alleviate the effects of chronic stress and its detrimental impact on our well-being that through ‘net-playing’, an environment that’s richly curated by Paula. This is just the beginning.
— DIMPLE MUKHERJEE - Occupational Therapist/Women’s Coach

I would have never thought that I can have such a wonderful time with five strangers. The seven hours which we spent flew by so fast.

There was everything: emotions, good laughs, good food and wine, beautiful Toronto Island, deep conversation, calmness, connection between the attendees and even live music. I came back home relaxed and energized at the same time. The event was definitely the highlight of summer 2019.
— Kate Tyshchenko - Founder of Good Cup Project

I took away so much on a personal and professional level. We’ve had professionals come in and share facts and research on things like resilience, courage, and the importance of play and connection. But Paula M. Toledo really embodied all those things and more.
— Nafisah Hosein, Special Ed. Tech, LesterB Pearson School Board

I had no idea what to expect, which made the evening that much more exciting. Our group was amazing and we got to know each other quickly - feeling safe and relaxed will do that! The host and founder, Paula M. Toledo, is a truly magical and inspiring person. I feel so fortunate to know her and be a part of The SocialWell Collective
